How does mobile access work?
When you rent, our team will explain how to set up the app and activate your credentials. You can use digital access within your location’s access hours. If you have problems with your phone or the app, contact the team before your visit.
Can someone else access my storage unit?
If you need to authorise another person, contact Storemore to arrange their registration and permissions. Access is personal: do not share your credentials. The team will explain the information and steps required.
Can I access my storage unit at night or at weekends?
Access is available within the hours of your chosen location. Access hours and staffed reception hours may differ. Check your centre’s page before travelling; access is available 7 days a week, within each centre’s access hours.
Can I move to a larger or smaller storage unit?
Ask the team about other sizes and the terms for changing units. We will help you coordinate the move and explain how it affects your agreement and monthly fee.
Can I rent in my company’s name and receive invoices?
Yes. Provide your company’s tax details and the authorised person’s details when renting. Confirm the items, taxes and information required on your invoices with the team.
How much does a storage unit cost?
The price depends on the location, unit size, availability and rental terms. Request a quote and tell us what you want to store and for how long. Before renting, check the total price, what is included and the terms of any promotion.
How are my stored belongings insured?
