We are preparing two new locations: Vallecas, at carretera de Villaverde a Vallecas, 271, Madrid, and Rivas Vaciamadrid, on the A-3 motorway at kilometre 13.9. Neither centre is open yet. We will share updates on each location’s page.

Access is available within the hours of your chosen location. Access hours and staffed reception hours may differ. Check your centre’s page before travelling; access is available 7 days a week, within each centre’s access hours.

When you rent, our team will explain how to set up the app and activate your credentials. You can use digital access within your location’s access hours. If you have problems with your phone or the app, contact the team before your visit.

Storemore has CCTV and digital access control. Check the security measures and rules at your chosen location. Centre security and cover for your belongings are separate matters: review the insurance terms too.

Before renting, review the applicable cover, declared value of your belongings, limits, exclusions and any excess with our team. The price and conditions of cover should be clear in your rental agreement. Read the terms and conditions and ask for clarification if you need specific cover.

The general terms provide for a minimum initial period of one month, unless your specific terms set a longer period. Check the agreed duration and the requirements of your promotion in the terms and conditions.

Illegal goods, weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous substances, gases, animals, plants and perishable food are not permitted. The full list and restrictions are in the terms and conditions. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before storing it.
